Returns (excluding Sparex lubricants) – The Buyer is able to return goods regardless of reason only with the prior permission of Sparex. Subject to such permission being granted by Sparex, all re-saleable catalogue items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for full credit. Goods returned after 14 days will be subject to a 15% handling charge. Sparex will not accept goods for return after 6 months. Goods not normally stored by Sparex will only be accepted for return subject to Sparex supplier's returns policy.

Defective goods may only be returned under the conditions above and subject to the Sparex warranty procedure.

Returns (Sparex lubricants) - Sparex lubricant product ordered incorrectly or surplus to requirements cannot be returned nor accepted for credit.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions only, and all returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) assigned:

Shipping Errors - Parts and Freight will be credited. Central East Farm Supply must be notified of shipping errors within 5 business days.

Warranty - A replacement will be sent out according to our warranty terms. – See terms and Conditions for details.

Ordered in Error - Requests for returns will be considered on an individual basis. All of these returns after 30 days are subject to restocking and repackaging charges if necessary.
***Freight will be recharged if product is returned decreasing the invoice value of a free freight shipment below $750.00 or by transport $1500.00. ***

Returns after 3 months will only be given upon acceptance.

Special order items are non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return where items have been installed, used, or modified. Original packaging must accompany all returns and must be in resalable condition. The freight charges are paid by the customer. Purchase invoice number must be referenced.

No cash refunds on returned parts - Credit will be applied to the customer’s account after receipt and verification of parts returned.
All returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).
To receive an RGA you must provide the Sparex Part Number and Invoice Number that the part was purchased on. Only part numbers listed on the RGA will be credited. Returned parts not listed on the RGA will not be credited and either returned at the customers expense or scrapped. Returns are to be sent freight prepaid ONLY.
